360GIL (360° Gender Inclusion Lens) is built and operated by AGXII Intelligence & Investigations Ltd (RC9202669), a registered Data Controller/Processor under Section 44 of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (registration NDPC/DCP/10797). This policy explains, feature by feature, exactly what data 360GIL handles and how.
360GIL does not set or use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies of any kind.
The only client-side storage in use is a single sessionStorage flag, set only after you dismiss the privacy notice banner shown on your first visit, so it does not reappear on every page for the rest of that browser session. This flag carries no identifying information, is never sent to 360GIL's server, and is cleared automatically when you close the browser tab.
The only other client-side credential handling on this platform is your browser's own native HTTP Basic Authentication prompt, used to access the Contribute Data and AI Data Assistant pages. This is a browser-level mechanism, not a cookie, and is not accessible to or readable by 360GIL's own code.
Accepts state-level, aggregated gender-disaggregated financial datasets from licensed institutions (CSV/Excel). No customer-identifiable data should be included in an uploaded file, and none is requested. Accepted data is stored server-side to power the platform's analytical engines and replaces the illustrative baseline dataset when ingested. Access to this page requires an authorized login (HTTP Basic Auth).
Your question is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response, grounded in 360GIL's real and illustrative data. The conversation displayed in your browser is held only in that browser tab's memory for the session — it is not written to a file or database on 360GIL's server. Access requires an authorized login.
Captures a live GPS location and a selfie photo at the moment of verification, used to cross-check a declared address against Google's geocoding and Street View data via an AI comparison. A verification record (decision, score, certificate ID, and a cryptographic hash — not the photo itself) is logged server-side as part of the verification's audit trail.
This is a demonstration concept for regulatory review, not a live account-opening system. It explicitly instructs users to enter demonstration values only, never a real NIN. Prototype vouching records (voucher name, last 4 digits of the entered NIN, role, beneficiary name and stated address) are stored server-side for demonstration purposes only.
Purely informational — no personal data is collected by viewing these pages. All figures shown are either real, cited published statistics or clearly labelled illustrative data.
Data handling on this platform follows AGXII's existing NDPC-registered data governance practices. Access-controlled features (Contribute Data, AI Data Assistant) sit behind server-level authentication; nothing on these pages is publicly accessible without valid credentials.
